What to include in a support request
- the email address used for the purchase or account
- a short description of what failed
- whether the issue is billing, sign-in, or VPN connectivity
- any checkout session id, subscription id, or screenshot that helps isolate the problem
Operational note
Carol's VPN is live, but still in controlled rollout. Production support mailboxes are in place, and billing and provisioning issues can now be traced through the live API and Stripe flow.
Account and data requests
Use the Account and Data Requests page for account deletion, data deletion, data export, and refund review requests. Support may ask you to verify control of the account or billing email before action is taken.
